Welcome to my practice! I am Linda Foleke, a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for providing comprehensive and compassionate mental health care. I am committed to helping individuals achieve their mental wellness goals and live fulfilling lives.

My clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more. I provide telehealth services to adults aged 18 and older who live in the state of Arizona. I utilize evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

In my practice, I believe in the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships with my patients.
